Fred Marcus Studio had been looking for new office space since 2017. They finally settled on a ground floor location at 333 West 57 Street. The existing space featured 8'-6" ceilings with multiple beam drops.

NDNY in collaboration with SZ Studios designed the new offices to have a clear delineation between front of house and back of house spaces. A large Valchromat clad central spines forms the main division and runs the full length of the space. Custom steel doors accentuate the sharp lines along the circulation corridor while hidden doors provide access to the print area and restrooms. New signage and exterior cladding complete the minimalist look that the Studio had envisioned.
