The new condominium in Williamsburg, Brooklyn will consist of a Community Facility at the ground floor and basement level and 5 residential units on the upper floors.

The building will be a model of sustainable development and will incorporate features like rainwater harvesting, solar panels, exterior reclaimed wood cladding and high performance glazing. The project is expected to be completed in two years.
