NDNY was tasked to design an 2500 square foot addition to an existing house in the town of Summit, New Jersey. A portion of the house is preserved to maintain the front setback line while the rest of the house was demolished and redesigned. The two-story house includes 5 bedrooms, a living – dining area, a new rear yard patio, kitchen with eat-in area and a 2-car garage. The exterior of the house comprises blue hardy plank siding with a grey shingle roof. As part of our services, NDNY created a 3d model for the client’s to experience their house virtually before any major decisions were finalized.
