Located on the 8th floor in a prewar building on the Upper West side in Manhattan, the apartment has east, west and northern exposures. The two-bedroom two-bathroom apartment was gut renovated with new finishes, fittings and fixtures in keeping with the style of the building.
Walls dividing the living, dining and kitchen areas were removed to open up the space and create a large spacious kitchen and dining area. Opening up the space brought more light into the living area. The bedrooms were renovated to include new closets. The bathrooms were gut renovated to include new plumbing, fixtures and finishes. Existing steel frames and doors were stripped down to expose the cold rolled steel. The existing flooring was replaced with custom finished wood flooring throughout the apartment.
